Vendor space reservation deadline is August 15, 2017. Final payments due by September 15, 2017.

Manufacturer/Dealer Auto Display – $1,500 per auto
Vehicle(s) will be strategically placed in the entrance corridor for maximum exposure.
Includes: (2) VIP Tickets* to the PV Concours, (1) Umbrella, (1) 6' Skirted Table, and
(2) Chairs

A $250 deposit per display auto is required to reserve space.

* VIP Tickets Include: Parking, Elegant Tent Seating, Mediterranean Style Luncheon Catered by the Renowned Bites & Bashes, Premium Wine and Craft Beer Located adjacent to the Awards Ceremony

Includes: (1) 10'X10' Tent, (1) 6' Skirted table, and (2) chairs

$300 deposit is required to reserve space.


Once your application, deposit payment and release of liability forms (to be provided) have been completed, you will be notified regarding parking, booth location and set up times.

Should you have a special request (including electrical), we will be happy to
accommodate, please feel free to discuss with your Representative.
**Reservations due by August 15th with 50% down payment, Balance due by September 15th.
**Space is limited, availability and placement based on date of application and full payment receipt.
